Stairs and ramp – Town centre, Ingelmunster, BELGIUM

For the renewal of the town centre of Ingelmunster we supplied stairs with a ramp, plinths, water features and step units.

The Town centre of Ingelmunster had a full make over. Several anthracite precast architectural concrete elements with a Satin finish were produced for this project. The central church is surrounded with plinths. At the entrance a staircase with integrated ramp is installed. The upper level of the staircase with ramp continues on the side of the church using large size slabs. In order to compensate for the difference in height, retaining walls were used. There are two water features on the square. One is conceived as a raised basin, the other is a fountain at ground level where children can play. We also supplied public benches and step units using the same colour and finish.
