SATIN

After the curing period, the concrete skin is etched. The etching process exposes the fine aggregates which result in a fine sandy surface texture.

CS BLASTED

The cement skin at the surface of concrete is removed, allowing aggregates to appear. This finishing provides also a light roughness to the aggregates.

CS POLISHED

The cement skin of the hardened concrete surface is removed by polishing with thinner and thinner grains. This allows the aggregates to show-up.

FINO - Polished

After the curing period, the hard layer at the surface is grinded away with diamond grinders to expose the aggregates. This finish creates an even surface.

UHPC FINOCRETE VISIA

Our Finocrete UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) is made with fibers. There is no need for steel structure inside and we can achieve very thin thicknesses like less than 2 cm compared to 5-6 cm for HRAC (High Resistance Architectonic Concrete) that we use in most of our production. It reaches compressives stress superior to 200 Mpa. We were and are one of the first companies to use UHPC for street furniture. "Smooth" finish is untouched after moulding and requires extra high attention to the moulding process.

US Exposed/Washed concrete

This finishing highlights strongly the aggregates at the surface of concrete. Made of HRAC (Haute Resistance Architectonic Concrete), able to resist more than 70 MPa in compression strength. Cette finition fait ressortir les aggrégats de façon importante. Réalisé en HRAC (Haute Resistance Architectonic Concrete), capablde de résister à plus de 70 MPa de force de compression.  

Structure - Texture

You can have a very strong 3D texture for your productions. We can apply special flexible mats in the moulds to give the elements a 3D structure like an elephant skin, waves, cracks, graphics, etc. ​Patterns, designs, from a creation or a catalog, imagination is your limit. Vous pouvez choisir une structure 3D pour vos produits. Nous appliquons une tapis flexible spécial dans le moule qui donne une structure au béton comme une peau d'éléphant, des vagues, des rochers, des éléments graphiques, etc. Les patrons, les designs sont disponibles en catalogue ou nous les créons, l'imagination n'a plus de limite.
