The Roeselare station area has gone through a complete metamorphosis over the last years.
One of the last stages of this transformation was to create a space with a number of trees and elevated elements to invite people to rest or to play.
Urbastyle supplied the elements in architectural precast concrete.
Thanks to the satin-finish the anthracite natural stone aggregates are slightly exposed resulting in a natural appearance.
The elements have a width of 2000 mm and are 2000 mm, 1500 mm and 1000 mm in length.
As a result, they fit perfectly into the laying pattern of the large format slabs. The heights vary from 240 mm to 740 mm which gives a harmonious playful effect to the arrangement.
