Fasonado large size slabs, planks – Zenne Park, Brussels, BELGIUM

A 1.6 km long path lined with Fasonado large size slabs gives shape to the Zenne Park in Brussels.

This linear park is situated in the Masui district and was the only free space where a public space could be created. The park follows the former bed of the river Zenne and has a double input. It connects different neighbourhoods and is a green zone in this urban area. In front of the path through the park, which is usually no wider than 15 m, Fasonado large size slabs of Urbastyle have been installed. The vast majority are planks with format 3 x 0.5 m. In addition, dozens of fitting pieces have been made for the connection to the zones with small squares. Finerro with a high sliding resistance was chosen as a finish for the large size slabs. This is a project where our Fasonado large size slabs and in particular the plank format stand out very well.
